• Coordinates the team, sets short and medium term objectives;
• Proposes, based on the company’s existing policy, short- and long-term action plans for new programs and strategies with an impact on the hotel;
• Propose rates;
• Analyzes the market and takes measures to expand the client portfolio;
• Takes care of the loyalty of existing customers;
• Contact existing and potential clients, set up meetings, present, during the meetings, the hotel’s services, design offers, negotiate, conclude collaboration contracts, etc.;
• Assist clients in organizing their events (offer, negotiation, contract signing, menus, advances, etc.), interact directly with them;
• Maintains the connection between clients and the other departments of the hotel (F&B, Accounting, etc.);

• Graduated from higher education (economics, tourism, management);
• Experience in the field of sales of hotel services and events of at least 3 years
• Very good knowledge of PC operation (Microsoft Office, Internet);
• Knowledge of Opera or Fidelio operating software is an advantage
• English language – conversational level;
