• Provides and maintains a friendly and enthusiastic attitude

• Greet each guest in a positive manner;

• Actively contributes to the overall quality of services and strives to complete all tasks quickly and very precisely;

• Provides high quality service in a friendly and warm manner to each guest;

• Comply with proper check-in and check-out procedures;

• Has knowledge of computer usage and the ability to learn every time the system is changed or updated.


• Fluent English;

• Another foreign language is considered a plus;

• Very good computer skills;

• Customer oriented;

• Warm, friendly, open personality, very good hospitality skills;

• Excellent communication skills, calm professional disposition, ability to support and help colleagues;

• Ability and desire to learn;

• Honesty, the ability to meet standards;

• Willing to work weekends, holidays and flexible shifts.
